Lehigh Family Dental

A family dental office that wanted a site that reassures rather than intimidates.

Project concept — designed to show an approach, not a delivered client project

The problem

The existing site was clinical and cold, hard to read on a phone, and made it difficult to find hours, insurance information, or how to become a new patient.

What a site like this needs to do

  • Make becoming a new patient the clearest action on the site
  • Put hours, location, and insurance information where people look first
  • Feel reassuring, not clinical
  • Work well for visitors of every age and ability

The approach

People choosing a dentist, especially for their family, are looking for reassurance. The old site worked against that. It read like a pamphlet from a medical supply catalog, the text was small on a phone, and the practical details — hours, insurance, how to get started — were buried.

The concept leads with warmth and clarity. Becoming a new patient is the most prominent action on the site. Insurance and payment information is easy to find before someone has to ask. The new-patient form is short and works properly on a phone.

Accessibility is treated as a requirement rather than a checkbox: strong contrast, real labels, keyboard support, and a logical structure, because the people using this site range from teenagers to grandparents.
